What is F.I.R.M Fam?
F.I.R.M Family (also known as the Royal Family) is known to be one of the strongest nationally known families in the Greek system. F.I.R.M Family brings together four different organizations from two different councils (NPHC and MCGC) to continur the growth of unity. The F.I.R.M Family consist of our brothers, Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc., our primas (cousins), Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., and our primos (cousins), Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.

Chartered at Indiana University on March 7th, 1989.
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
Delta Epsilon Chapter
Founded on January 16, 1920 at Howard University, Washington, D.C.
Delta Epsilon Chapter was chartered April 23, 1973 at Indiana University
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
Epsilon Iota Chapter
Founded on January 9, 1914 at Howard University in Washington D.C.
Epsilon Iota Chapter was chartered January 3, 1972 at Indiana University
